1. Intended Use
FixMyPhoto is intended for lawful photo restoration, enhancement, and archive-cleanup workflows using user-provided images.
You may use the service only for images and materials that you have the legal right to upload, process, restore, enhance, and export.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use FixMyPhoto to upload, restore, enhance, extend, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, sexually explicit, non-consensual, deceptive, or abusive.
This includes content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights, as well as content used to falsify evidence, impersonate others, or create misleading synthetic records.
3. Identity and Deception Restrictions
You may not use FixMyPhoto for face-swap, harmful deepfake content, identity manipulation, impersonation, political deception, harassment, or revenge content.
The service is not intended for generating fake identities, forged photographs, or misleading before-and-after claims about real people.
4. NSFW and Unsafe Content
You may not upload child sexual abuse material, sexualized images involving minors, explicit adult sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or graphic exploitation material.
We reserve the right to block, review, or remove uploads that appear to contain NSFW or otherwise unsafe content, and to suspend access where necessary.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
We use reasonable operational safeguards, review procedures, and service limitations intended to reduce abuse and unsafe usage.
Where required for platform integrity, we may refuse processing, limit features, remove results, suspend accounts, or report misuse to payment or infrastructure partners.
6. User Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the legality, rights status, and downstream use of every file you upload and every output you export.
Using the service does not transfer ownership of third-party content to you and does not excuse copyright, privacy, publicity, archival, or other legal restrictions.
7. Questions and Updates
If you think a request may be sensitive, regulated, or high-risk, contact support@fixmyphoto.me before using the service.
We may update this policy as the product, moderation tooling, or partner requirements evolve.
